Voice ping goes to 5000ms same time every day

Hello Everyone,

I'm having a weird problem. At the same time everyday, about 0100 GMT and lasting several hours, discord voice will go to 5000ms rtc failure, and disconnect and reconnect. Others can hear me ok but I cannot hear them. Others from different locations both in the states and abroad, don't have problems during this time. The server I'm connecting to is EU central.  Closing discord or restarting the computer, modem and router do not improve things.

I connect to my server which is a US East server and we have no problems. Therefore its not my computer itself during this time because it should affect both if thats the case. Also my gaming, browsers, speed tests, all are fine. Its just connecting to this one discord server during that time.
