Selecting Text and clicking reply button to insert a quote at the start of the reply

Since the old way to Quote is gone this might be an optional amendment for the most common use cases.

1. Select part of a message
2. Click the reply icon
3. A reply is generated with the selected text as an opening quote that can be edited
