Add deafen option to Discord Mobile DMs

Discord Mobile needs a deafen button in DM calls. And before anyone gets snarky and says "just turn down the volume lol," many phones don't allow you to turn the volume down all the way in a call. It'd be really nice, so I don't have to ask my friend to mute every time I go to the bathroom. There's one for voice chat in server calls, so why isn't there one for DM calls?
