Nitro transfer

Recently i purchased xbox game pass for 3 months discord nitro. Unfortunately i accidently redeemed it on my alternate account, because it was logged on in my browser, but i didn't know. I reached out to discord to maybe transfer my subscription or even delete my alt and provide me with another code. But they could not do anything. I have a suggestion for the discord team;

• 1. when a accidental purchase is made the option to transfer the subscription within 48 hours should be available, provided they are both your accounts
• 2. Provide the purchaser with another code/subscription and delete there previous one they bought
• 3. In the redemption of these codes a verification or a double check should be provided in which account you are claiming/buying the nitro
