cant dp anything

so i have a acc it says i must reset password to get back in it ( it has nitro ) but i cant do that since i forgot password to my email. please help

    I believe it's a ban wave that discord did to certain people by falsely banning innocent users, some of my friends had the same experience. If you received an email from discord on it, I'd suggest responding to it or you didn't then submit a request to Discord's Trust & Safety Team.
