Feature Request: Prune Members Permission
So recently I've seen a server get pruned of 25k people by a rogue mod and I was thinking why isn't there a "Prune Members" permission? I think that this would help a lot of server owners try to prevent issues like this from happening so they do not lose a bunch of members over some rogue staff instead they would be able to control who has access to that feature so issues won't happen.

I think this should be with "Manage server" permission instead of ban.
As a temp solution, i've a bot who is allowed to ban, so moderators don't have the ban permission but they can use the bot to ban.
