Suggestion: Add custom nicknames to people that save over servers and DMs.
Make it so we can set people's nicknames so that only we can see. This way we can keep track of certain people if they change their name.

Can't you already do this with notes? You can set a note on a person and that will stay and is only visible to you.

notes are kind of lame, when I search up a user in my bar I want "noelle" to show up instead of whatever dumb name she chose this week. Love you nole, but ffs don't make your name impossible to find

I agree with this idea 100%. I love my friends but some of them constantly change their names and then I forget who they even are until I read over old messages. It'd be nice to just know who I'm talking to without playing guessing games.
