Change the location of the member list

Moving the online list from right to top can a really cool update! One cool thing could be
that you can close or open by sliding it down or up (correspondingly). Give discord a new way of look in 2020 year! I think it would be really awesome! Maybe it will be a troublesome issue because many members won't get it, but with a little guidance everything can be done! Thank you for reading this feature request. I hope you can take this idea into consideration to make discord better!
