add an “open in” part to the link menu

when you open a download link but set your default browser to the “in app” one, it will just fail to load, but after it fails to load you can’t open it in another browser using the buttons. This then caches it, making it really hard to open it another way without copying the link and finding the app on your list. I don’t want to switch the default browser, as the in app one is otherwise really useful. I think just adding a simple “open in” option when you hold a link would make it faster for links to be open in another browser for a situation.
