Parallel Roles

Parallel Roles are roles that can be added to a user, but are treated like they're on the same level of the Role Hierarchy. You cannot add other Parallel Roles to yourself, only the user who has ownership of the Parallel Role can toggle the role for other server members. (Server Owner can still modify the role/toggle for other members, because Owner perms)

This could allow users to make private channels, which users with the channel owner's Parallel Role can access. (The main reason I'm submitting this feedback)
