Allow users to set dedicated "VR input/output" then allow us to toggle "VR mode".

  Whenever I want to use VR, I need to set all of my inputs and outputs along with enabling voice activity.  It would be nice to enable a second set for when i use VR.  Another use would be for why I want to stream to my TV or my speakers.
