Permission for seeing people on the right side of the text channel.

A large Minecraft server (Cosmic) recently switched over from team speak to discord despite having said in the past that there's more security concerns with discord. Their solution to this was not having text channels available to the public to prevent people from seeing the discord tags of players in the discord to send out spam messages to attempt to mislead, scam, grab ips, etc... There is a lot of lost potential however with not being able to have announcement channels so I thought it would be a great idea to have a permission in a text channel to toggle if that role (or person) can see the right tab of a text channel which shows the accessed people.
