In regards to the new UI.
The main thing really making this unpleasant is the way the chat looks now. It feels claustrophobic to look at and seems like a step backwards from what the chat used to be beforehand. It felt organized and simple in terms of looks but now its basically just one huge brick wall of text.
I dont mind the other parts of the update, but the way the chat was changed really pushed me over the edge. At the least, that should be changed again.

The good points of the UI update don't even come close to outweighing the things I dislike about it, because it's unpleasant like you said.

I absolutely agree. This is something I complained about too and I'm glad I'm not the only one. It's as if every single message is fused together and as someone with OCD this bothers me to no end. There was no reason to remove the divider lines as they weren't even noticeable. I'm really, really hoping they bring them back or just revert this update overall because this was a huge step backwards and I'm finding it so hard to look at the chat right now.
