Mobile Icon on all Statuses + Mobile Icon on Mobile

Mobile Icon doesn't seem to show If someone Is any other status other than "online" ( discounting Invisible ).

The mobile Icon also doesn't seem to show on people when you're on mobile, which doesn't make much sense. I use an iPhone 10, so I'm unsure If Android or other devices have this problem.
