A better way to get colored text

It would be very helpful if there was a better and more in depth way to make colored text

like using ** something kinda like this. (#RGB) Test Goes Here (#RGB) and then the text in between the RGB values would be that RGB color. like how you can make the bold and italic and etc. with the *
