Discorder user spamming. Unable to report

First off im not even able to report this with discord's form. it requires a User ID and comment ID. I have neither.

This guy is in a game spamming this paid service. Its against the games ToS (Black desert) and no matter how many times you block him he makes a new account hours later and continues spamming.

The discord name he uses to spam with is Raisebuddy#5405

As a side note please fix the form. Not everybody will have a user ID or comment ID when reporting things.
