Notification Volume Control

I do it in volume mixer all the time because conveniently there's two channels for notifications and chat, thing is one channel likes to reset back to whatever the other channel is set to, volume control for notifications would make the operation a whole lot smoother considering i wont have to try to change notification volume every time i open discord
