Go Live with OBS?
This may sound like an odd request, but it would be nice if you could Go Live simply by getting a stream key from Discord and inserting it into OBS, even if the desktop client isn't installed.

I would absolutely appreciate this. Being able to fine tune what you stream beyond simply selecting a window (which doesn't always work to begin with on Linux), along with the plethora of options you get from OBS for both audio and video capture, would be very interesting.
I would never be a twitch streamer. I'm not about that life. Discord is also not a streaming platform. But streaming just for my friends on Discord has been immensely enjoyable. I'd like the added power and flexibility of using OBS to as a streaming source.

Why is this not a thing yet? The current setup makes it impossible to stream efficiently. I'm on a 43" 4k monitor, I don't need to stream the entire desktop but only portions of a program.
