Giving Nitro users a chance at obtaining discriminators taken by Non-Nitro users

It would be great if Discord could monthly re-roll the discriminators of Non-Nitro users so that the Nitro users have a chance at obtaining them.

Popular discriminators such as #0001, etc. should perhaps be reserved for Nitro Users only.

However, re-rolling the discriminators of all Non-Nitro users could be resource-intensive. Instead, a functionality in which a Nitro User can hoard the discriminator of a Non-Nitro user could also be great. To prevent abuse, this functionality could perhaps be limited to a single hoarding each month.
