When creating a server automatically instead of the everyone rank being automatically made make "Owner" "Guest" "Member"

So let me say i hate having to keep the everyone rank in but i can deal with it, But i want 3 automatic ranks "Owner" "Guest" "Member". Heres what i think

• Owner, When you create a server you are automatically given that rank
• Member, Until you get given a rank when you join you are put in this rank, When joining after becoming a guest you automatically join
• Guest, When you are in the server and not joined you are put in this rank you can't talk in it but you can look around
