Make blocked users unable to join your live.

Blocked Users currently can go in a Voice Channel in which you are in and join your Live.

Blocking users overall doesn't do much other than make them unable to react, hide messages until clicked and send direct messages to you (they can still edit DM's though), and I think making blocking overall more effective on actually blocking the user would be nice.
