Pinned Messages in Group Chats (Mobile)

It seems, although a small problem, that if a group chats name is too long, the three dots that allow you to see pinned messages completely disappear. Yes making the name shorter is a fix but still, I'm not sure why the options menu would completely disappear. This whole UI is a bit offputting. I feel like it was better when it was on just the message screen and adding people were on the pullout screen.
