Almost like pinned messages and channel topic merging together to form something very useful

I think it would be very useful for a system where a message can be pinned (or called something else since there is already a thing for that) but the permissions would be set so if someone can’t see message history/read messages, then there would be a certain message or select few of messages that they would be able to see. This would work like the Channel topic system, just in a more accessible and easy to see way. An example of this used would be a channel that has a certain format required for signing up to something, and you don’t want them viewing message history since it can contain sensitiv/private info, they would be able to view a message that would show up as the only message. (This is a very Long winded way of explaining Ik but I’m tired and bored during isolation)
