Multi Stream / video chat resize feature.

i suggested a feature a while back to have multiple video chats / multiple streams on the same call and we just got it and i love it :) But what would make it even better would be if we could possibly Hide  people so they don't show up and take up screen space if they don't have a cam or stream running, and allow us to Resize the induvidual windows (Streams/cams)  Please <3
