18+ Verification Badge and API

This feedback is somewhat a direct reply to the following blog post from Discord: https://support.discordapp.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000084051-NSFW-Channels-and-Content

I would like to see not only a profile badge, but also get a 18+ flag (boolean - true/false) within the API if a user has been verified to be 18+. It should not return any age (as it probably won't even get saved by Discord), but it should give the possibility to Discord admins/mods and bots to check if users are 18+ or not.

Use case?

- Voice Channels currently don't allow a NSFW flag therefore an "18+ role" is still required

- Not everyone who is 18+ should get access to the NSFW/adult channels and some kind of application to actually get a "18+ role" can be required

- If a guild is adults-only, bots could manage users that are not (yet) verified. Example: give them access to a specific channel with all required explanations on how to verifiy to be 18+ (send ID to Discord, ... as described in the blog post above)

- Users sending their ID / driving license / ... could have a higher rank within a Discord guild as self-bots or other spammy users probably won't be verified

Why?

Some guilds already have some kind of verification in place. Allowing users to get this verification process done for all guilds without the need to send their ID or driving license (or anything similar) to each Discord admin would simplify it a lot for everyone.

And any privacy concerns/issues will be redundant as well, as the verification process is taken over by a trustworthy company with their own privacy policy.
