My friend got perma locked out of discord

her computer is fairly lacking in terms of "power" so when she tried to join voice chat her discord crashes
or closes or whatever problem is... when she opens discord again it puts her back in the voice chat so her discord crashes or closes or whatevers again and she crasher before she can do anything so now she can't open discord without it crashing instantly meaning she's permanently locked out of it (untill she re installs the entire thing but I can't tell her to do that as she can't join discord and that's the place where we met)
