[Feature Request] Voxer-like Walkie Talkie Messaging

So, there are a ton of apps out there, most notably Voxer, that let you record an audio message and send it to a chat for the recipient to listen to later. Discord would absolutely benefit from this feature. Not only could you send voice messages in direct messages, but you could use them in chat servers as well.
