gifs
gifs are playing in the background at all times. when i switch servers if there we gifs loaded from the previous server i was in they will play(including sound) in the background of the server i switched to. and the auto play gif toggle is gone? on the version of the client where it matters the most? ???????

A few friends and myself are experiencing this on the Android mobile app. Disabling the auto-preview for links seems to fix it, but only after restarting the app. (The setting does not seem to stay disabled if you also have the "Sync across all devices" setting enabled)
Settings > Text & Images > Display images, videos, and lolcats > When posted as links to chat.
