Idea: Chats in server livestreams!

With the new option to livestream from within discord servers, i had an idea. Similar to how on most livestreaming platforms there is a chat to the side with emojis and such, i was wondering if we could incorperate this into the new livestreaming feature. The chat would only be visible to people viewing the livestream and the original streamer. (The streamer could also choose to add the chat to the discord overlay so that they could read chat while in game)

I think it would work very well considering that some users on discord don't actually have microphones.
