Priority Pings Suggestion

I feel there should be a DM's option or user specific option you can toggle with your friends that enables "Priority Pinging." This would make a different sound or have a higher pitch or something, to show one of your close buds messaged you, instead of a random @everyone on some random server you're a part of.
