Visual Indication When Someone Joins a Voice Channel
In popular servers, it's common for people to spam by joining and leaving the voice channel.
As a way to easily identify them, a visual indicator that lights up around their name for a few seconds would be very helpful - maybe even with some sparkles or something.
This would be good in even smaller servers as it would allow you to easily see who jumped in the voice channel.

Logging bots like YAGPDB or Dyno have a feature that tells you which users join a VC and left them, along with the time they joined and left. It's up to you to set that up.

I second this:
When voice channels are populated, it's difficult to determine who joined after the audio notification. Having the name turn a bright color for a few seconds or blink after joining a voice channel would be a nice addition to the notification.0
