Add an option to disable the video feature preview

Okay, so there will be a new option for you to disable the video feature in "Voice & Video". If you see the option, it would allow you to turn it on or off. What would happen if you turn the video feature off? Well, when you're in any DM call, you will not see a video button, which means that the video feature button is excluded for you in the DM call. You will not be able to turn on your camera unless you go back to the options and turn the video feature on again. When you get any incoming video calls, normally there's 3 options for you to react to the incoming video call, which are also Decline, Accept (as your video will be on) and "Join with voice only" in the video call But if you turned off the video feature in the options, there would be only 2 options. That would be decline and "Join with voice only". And again, you don't have an option to turn on your video when you are in the video call with your video feature off in the options. Now for the server calls, if you join a voice channel with your video feature preview off, again, you would not see the option for you to turn on your video. (Just like how there was no video button preview in voice channels in the previous versions of Discord.) Why should you add this option? Well, I found out that many of my friends would feel very uncomfortable when their online friends know their faces (through pressing on their video buttons in accident). But then I was thinking, it will be cool if there's a new option for the discord users to disable their video feature button previews! It would also make the discord users who don't want their faces to be seen on discord calls feel safe! (By not showing their faces) I mean, some of us use phones to be on discord calls! And there's many chances that we might press on the video button accidentally!

    You can always give a role this permission, it's a lot easier.

    Also, the "Video" button is fairly large. Really hard to accidentally press it. As well as, there are no ways to force people to turn on their webcam, nor would people notice their webcam unless you guys were all staring at the user grid when in a group call.

    Solution: User Error.

    The problem is I can't do that when I'm not the owner of the discord server. Also, I mentioned that I want it the button to be unseen in DMs too

    The other problem is my phone is automatically trying to video call others and im trying to be faceless. Which makes discord a huge privacy issue unless the option to toggle is implemented
