mute my mick only for one person

in group conversations, I need to mute myself  towards just one in the group call this is so that person is not disturbed during their game


In settings some macro that turn my mick off for specific person (users) in group call, 

just a list of users and then a mute my mick + button

    They can mute you by right clicking...

    They could always just not be in the same VC as you, or they can deafen themselves with a macro.
