Compatiblity for the Discord Overlay and Halo 2 Vista

The Discord Overlay and Halo 2 Vista is not compatible due to some shenanigans with the age of the game and how managed resources is handled. The Discord application has workarounds for crosscode-beta.exe and hotd_ng.exe and applying this to Halo2.exe as well seems to fix issues with the overlay unable to start properly. 

Please consider adding Halo 2 Vista to the list of exes included in the workaround.
