Overlay "go live" and chat

I watch movies with friends through discord. And so as not to interfere with each other, we turn off the microphones and tell in chat. I suggest adding a button that will automatically fix the broadcast in the chat window. This is quite convenient - you can watch the broadcast and write at chat.
