Role permission for "color name"

Instead of assigning a color to a user's name via the highest held role with a color, make roles have a permission that will assign the role's color to the user's name (in highest order as well of course)

A viable reason for this.

Say you allow users to self-assign roles with a bot to pick a color. Currently, you are forced to either place the roles that assign color the highest in the list (not recommended for moderation purposes) or make every role above them not have color, which looks bland when viewing user profiles.
