Discord Picture-in-picture mode option for chrome

Hello!

I feel as though this small update would greatly improve the discord video and screen sharing experience for chrome users. Recently, chrome has added this new feature detailed here:

One beautiful application of this is that you are able to open a video with picture-in-picture and then you are able to keep the video playing while you are looking at new tabs and windows. This is such a great feature if you want to multi-task watching a video stream while also studying or working.

Currently, twitch and youtube have implemented this feature into their services. It would be great if discord added this to their web app as well.
