Customize notification sounds

It would be game changing to have a custom notification sound for each server or your friends, you know, all that good stuffs. This suggestion have been issued for a while now and i don't see why it's a bad idea at all since this suggestion seems to be purposefully ignored by the discord team for a while now as well.
