Can't click emotes

I can't click on the emotes anymore. If click on an emote and send it, it will show up as text (for example if I tap on a blue heart it will literally show up as :blue_heart: rather than the actual emote). If I type out :blue_heart: and then send it, then it shows up as the emote.
