Profile Picture Optimization for Giphy's

I hope you guy's read over my suggestion but PNG's and images are moveable for profile pictures on your Discord interface but Giphy's arent? I would love to move my giphy into the perfect position when it's moving so I can get the correct section I have had many times where I'm unable to use the Discord giphy because it's incorrectly positioned.
