Message link preview

I think it would be cool to see where a discord message link leads you to, with the channel, server, message and message author, with a jump to message button.

This could help in some cases where an user browses old messages of a channel, then clicks a link and gets sent back multiple messages, thus losing the discussion he was originally reading
