Stream/Video Chat Backgrounds (maybe animated too???)

Currently when you're viewing streams/video chats in server VCs, (especially when you pop out the window) behind the screens and the cameras is just a drab, boring solid black. Bleh!

Let's get some pretty backgrounds to choose from or, better yet, allow us to upload our own photos/videos that display/play behind the streams and cameras! (videos would loop ofc)
