Making Light Theme's colors more visible
I've been starting to use Light theme more and more frequently nowadays, but there's something that bothers me.
I find it difficult to distinguish channels that have a notification and not. In other words, text channels that have something unread in them turns pitch black, which isn't too far away from the color they are in when they don't have any notifications in them
Now I have 20/20 eyesight, and no form of colorblindness, but I still require an extra split second to make sure that a channel has a new message in it.
I believe this is a reoccurring theme with the light theme overall. The "greys" and the "blacks" are just too similar. Which makes it a bit lengthy to always spend an extra moment to make sure what's actually there and not.
I suggest that the overall differences between the colors in light theme gets an improvement for the sake of visibility.

I totally agree with this post. You tell on your website page that Discord is not only for gamers, and i think many peoples (like me) hate using dark mode during the day (like using light theme on day an dark theme on night). Please work on this theme too
