Korean Characters Display Incorrectly After Strike-through

Hi,

When typing in Korean, characters are displayed incorrectly when preceded by a strike through. 

For example, typing  ~~test~~한, the characters actually appear as ~~test~~ㅎ한 (on windows) and ~~test~~ㅎㅏㄴ on linux. This is likely a bug due in Electron (there are many with the Korea IDE: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=1049912, https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/issues/89853).
