Allow normal users to view Server Insights in a server

Allow normal users, or people with no permission in a server to be able to view server insights. I don't see why you need special permissions to view an analytic of a server

    Just give `@everyone` the View Server Insights permission in your server, just like how everyone has read/send permissions
