Allow original usernames to be reverted back

I think original usernames that was initially used when created the Discord account should be reserved. So for example, if you created an account with the name Mary, it should always be available for the same account to revert back to that username, no matter which name you changed it to, in the future.

I hope you can take my feedback into full consideration.

    As far as I'm aware you can change your username to anything you want, regardless if another user has the same name or not. It's only your discord tag that will be different.
