[Suggestion] Be able to create a message/post editable by multiple users.

Similar to wiki articles where people can contribute to an article, this feature would let users submit posts on a "board" where other users on the server can edit and contribute info. This could be an upgrade to pinned messages or just a different channel that could replace many server rules, announcements, and similar channels! There could be an addition to permissions as well to keep rogue users from messing up the post (or have only select users be able to edit the post). It would be a quality of life feature to make these board/post channels clean, free of chat clutter, and not bound to one user/bot. Some useful ways to utilize this feature are:

Moderators of a community server can edit posts in #rules or #announcement channels.
High-ranking members of a guild/clan in a game can add to a post for a guild/clan event.
Video game veterans can contribute to guides for new players to look at.
