Folder-Level "Mark As Read" for Mobile

It would be nice to extend the "Mark as Read" feature to entire folders of servers in the mobile version.
That is all.

  Hey Randomancy,

  This actually already exists! I'm a Android user and by holding the folder for a few seconds it triggers a small UI which as a "Mark as read" option.
