Blocked users light up text channels and show up in member lists.

In the member list I don't want to see the users that I have blocked, they either should not show up or should be covered with "Blocked User"

And text channels should not light up if the only messages sent are from blocked users.

When someone replies to a text post from a blocked user, the reply will say "Blocked User" and use a default profile image, this is what I want to see in the member list.
