Hit Enter multiple times to send a bot command

In my server, on Brazil, we're tying to send bot commands via text-channel but we have to hit Enter multiple times to send it. When we send a normal message, without prefix, the message is sended normally.

Please, can you guys see what's happening?

  Same happens to me and my friends we from Europe.
